由The Best Practice of Ecommerce Alliance举办「创新及数据化零售客户体验」论坛于8月12日上午在香港铜锣湾毕马威KPMG圆满结束。论坛以提高客户体验为主题,吸引了很多商界人士前来参与。更有9位相关专业人士前来讨论各行业现今客户体验的发展。
360推广海外业务广告部总经理叶青阳先生在论坛中分享有关现今中国网上购物的趋势以及讲解了现时中国内地的消费者现象,当中有关城市发展程度与网上购物平台使用量的关系分析更十分引人注目。
这次举办的论坛获得了在场人士的热烈反应及支持,特别是在问答环节中,叶先生跟在场人士有直接的交流,他们雀跃参与的心情让现场气氛升温。

The Innovation and Digitalising Customer Experience in Retail seminar, organised by The Best Practice of eCommerce Alliance, was successfully held at KPMG office, Causeway Bay on 12 Aug. The event attracted lots of participants in the related business field and there were 9 professional speakers to discuss the current innovations and future development of customer experience.
Mr. David Ip, our general manager, shared his views on the current online shopping trend and talked about the consumption phenomenon of Chinese consumers nowadays. Moreover, Mr. Ip pointed out the relationships between cities’ levels of development and the usages of different online shopping platforms. The topic has successfully caught all participants’ attentions.
In this seminar, we gained a lot of supports and reactions from the participants, especially in the Q&A Session. Mr. Ip had direct communication with the participants and their enthusiasm enhanced the atmosphere.
